Can I switch models?
Yes, at any time in the dashboard. The switch takes effect from the next billing cycle.
When do I have to pay?
The first report is free. After that, billing depends on your chosen model.
Can I create reports retroactively?
Yes, at any time in the dashboard. Past months or periods can be billed manually — at the respective model price.
How often is a report created?
Automatically depending on the model: daily or monthly. With the 3- or 12-month package you receive a report every month but pay the package price. You can also create reports manually at any time.
Which wallboxes are supported?
33 brands are directly supported — via Cloud API or OCPP (Easee, go-e, KEBA, Mennekes, Fronius, Wallbox, Zaptec, Myenergi and more). For everything else, there is the OCPP gateway or Shelly workaround.
