For fleet managers & HR

Manage EV Charging Reports
for Your Entire Fleet

50 drivers, 50 wallboxes, 50 spreadsheets? Not anymore. One dashboard, automatic reports, one combined PDF for payroll — plus a documented way to keep private charging out of the reimbursement.

From €15/month · No per-driver fees

Business or private?

Company car in the morning, private second car in the evening — same wallbox. Two ways to keep them apart.

Per-charge confirmation

  • Each morning an email — and a push notification, if set up — lists yesterday's charges.
  • Every charge is answered on its own, business or private. Nothing is pre-selected; charges below 1 kWh are not asked about.
  • Private charges drop out of the billing right away. If at least one charge is business, the odometer reading is required, a photo of the dash optional.
  • Switch it on fleet-wide or per driver. Wherever it is on it is binding — a single driver on trial included: his unconfirmed charges stay out of his report. They are not lost and appear in the next report once confirmed, apart from charges below 1 kWh and days whose link has expired after 30 days.

RFID cards, where the connection passes them on

  • The driver registers his private cards once in his own account; their charges are then kept out of the billing automatically, with nothing more to do.
  • It works where the card number reaches us with the charge: via the OCPP gateway (KEBA, Mennekes, Fronius, ABL, Alfen, cFos, Elli), Easee, Charge Amps and GoodWe today, with further connections in preparation. A card reader on the box alone is not enough — not every manufacturer cloud hands the card over with the session. Which side your model falls on, we tell you for that model: most providers advertise "RFID support" and mean the card reader.
  • Where it works it is the cleanest split, because it happens at the hardware, and those drivers can be exempted from the daily question. Everywhere else — including a meter fitted behind the box, which measures electricity and cannot see which car is plugged in — the per-charge confirmation is the method.

Every confirmation records the odometer reading — traceable later, which is more than a fuel card gives you. It does not prove what was charged privately: we only see what flows at the home wallbox, not the public charger or the charge at work. One signal does stay solid — energy flowed while the car was not moved. Implausible readings are flagged automatically, and one confirmed despite the warning is recorded on the session for the fleet manager to see.

Everything fleet managers need

Business or private

Drivers sort every charge themselves. Private ones stay out of the billing.

Invite with a link

Drivers connect their wallbox themselves — no IT needed.

Combined PDF + payroll export

One PDF with all driver reports, plus an Excel export per staff number.

Auto monthly reports

Reports generated and sent automatically.

21 wallbox brands

Connected by cloud API or OCPP: Easee, go-e, Wallbox, KEBA, Mennekes and more. On top of that, wherever the connection passes the card on — OCPP, Easee, Charge Amps, GoodWe — private cards are excluded automatically.

Evidence & GDPR

HMRC prescribes no meter and no method — what it asks is that the employer is satisfied the reimbursement is solely for the company car. That separation is what the monthly statement shows. Data hosted in the EU.
